Several in the free-market think-tank community have decided to form a loose-knit coalition (non-profits only) to combat Moveon.org and their highly publicized “Save the Internet” campaign. They are calling their organization the Internet Freedom Coalition. Members to date include: Americans for Prosperity, Americans for Tax Reform, Citizen Outreach, Frontiers of Freedom, Institute for Liberty, Media Freedom Project and TechPolicyWatch.com

The liberal Republican Steve Rose has taken a break from advocating tax hikes to editorialize in the Johnson County Sunpapers contrasting the difference between GOP "moderates" and "conservatives."  He does this without mentioning fiscal, property rights and other issues.  I'm copying Rose's commentary at the end of this response for your inspection.
